Spartan - No frills boarding
Cheap (relatively spaeking), basic - no frills boarding. No TV ion the room or for that matter in ther hotel, and shower rooms and toilets are shared with other guests. Cooking facilities are provide in the basic shared kitchen, but there is also an excellent unaffiliated restaurant-bar on the ground floor. Location is good - just beyond the hurly-burly of the city centre which is about 10 mins walk away.

Review
Property is within walking distance of the two main bus terminals from the international airport and is about 30 mins walk from the domestic airport. Rooms were larger and cleaner than expected, come with sinks and clocks and the shared facilities are reasonable, though it should be noted that the shower water smells stale due to the sulphur content in the local water. Hotel is on the third floor and provides front door keys for overnight access, reception were very helpful in terms of confirming tours, providing local maps etc, but note that the checkout time printed on the hotel booking emails may differ from the 11am they expect locally. Free wifi was reasonable and was sufficient to stream live TV, though the signal could be interrupted by people walking about.

Great option expensive city on budget
Great location, clean place, basic accommodations. Arrived at 6pm and followed signs to third floor for check in, but couldn't find check in counter. After 2-3 minutes, located a note with an intercom, and we called the receptionist down. He then opened up the reception window, which we didn't know existed. It would have been helpful if the sign were bigger. Not a big problem, but we wasted a bit of precious time trying to check in.

Basic and convenient
Basic room with communal bathrooms. Kitchen is handy save some money on meals. Good location walking distance to everything. Staff were lovely, but when we checked in at 8.30pm the guy working at the desk was also running another place across the road and running between the two.
