A relaxing interlude in London
The hotel is in average condition in a heavily migrant part of London close to all kinds and types of stores, restaurants, services, etc. It was very convenient for Middle Eastern, East African, Asian restaurants of all and sundry types. The internet signal was fair and did not drop. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower stall but fit the bill. The room did have a mini fridge which was an added bonus. I can't say the hotel is in the best condition. However management is diligent about trying to keep it in good order. The best thing about the hotel which made it a memorable experience was the check-in person who went above and beyond the call of duty to be attentive, friendly and nice. When realizing I had heavy luggage, he changed my upper story room to a large ground floor room, was always attentive in regards to tips for bus information, laundry, post office, etc. I wish to thank him here. Sometimes hotels with superior facilities do not provide memorable experiences due to the the staff, in this case it was the opposite, a hotel with ordinary facilities, adequate but nothing special can provide an enjoyable experience due to the diligence and professionalism of the staff. I did see that the cleaning staff was serious about cleaning. The convenience of having everything close by, within walking distance, with bus stops within eyesight permitting access to virtually everywhere was something not to sneeze at. I would stay again.

Exceptional 10.0
Central. Reasonable parking considering its London
I arrived 4 hours early (before official check-in), so room was not yet ready. But when it was, it was adequately clean, tidy, easy on the eye and comfortable, albeit quaint, reminding one of the 70s. This hotel is almost smack on the corner of crossroads leading into central London, Uxbridge and the A40 heading to Oxford. Parking is reasonable, considering this is London. You can park anywhere on single yellows and on residents' parking after 5pm and on weekends. However, you can be charged £15 per day to park in hotel's own frontage. Will definitely stay here again, if I have business in the area or am unable to drive back home same day.

Nice budget no frills hotel
Great value. Pretty good location and conditions for the price I paid around £40 a night. Easily walk to pubs, eats and nightlife. Bus routes to underground about 1 mile away. Clean and pretty good size room. Nice big windows in my room with back view. Old style heater but I used the window to regulate air and temperature. Bathroom was tiny but to be expected. Mini fridge in room was a bonus too. Very friendly staff. Sort of a buzzer system and they show up to the front desk quickly. They upgraded me from a twin to full size bed. Was happy about that. Tea & instant coffee in the room. Small tv. That's about it. Would recommend for a cheap one or two night stay depending on your jet lag.

Good 6.0
Bed was comfy and staff were very friendly. Room was not very clean, and missing a few obvious things (where do I hang my towel?) Doors and walls were very thin, and on three of my five nights there I was awoken by one drunken commotion or other between 12-3 am. The reception was closed at this time so I couldn't speak to anyone about it. It's a cheap and mostly cheerful hotel. I'd stay here again (cheap) but not for longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Not clean
Hotel room was not clean. There were pubic hairs in the bed and the shower and toilet and shower had been sup-optimally (if they’d been cleaned at all). The bath mat had a large hole in it. The room itself would’ve been nice if it was cleaned properly.
