The hotel is very well located…very close to the Castle and to many restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby and the room have a very nice decoration. All staff were amazing, from initial check-in on Friday March 6th to the Kitchen (fantastic Scrambled Eggs) and I want to make particular mention to Tina from Reception who is an absolute superstar! Tina went out of her way to assist me in finding Gluten Free Dining options including telling me about the various local dishes, drinks and the best places to go. Her manor and demeanour is incredibly professional and she deserves to be recognised for her exceptional customer service skills.

Very positive experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and delightful. I'm a native English speaker (don't know any Slovenian) and the staff was able to help me coordinate airport transportation, etc. The hotel is very optimally located. A lot of the streets in Ljubljana are closed off to traffic (taxis, etc) and this hotel is very close to a drop off/pick up point. Additionally you are right in the old town, a few minutes walk away from the most central part.

The room needed a deep clean for sure but overall a nice hotel. Breakfast was really good and the location was perfect for strolling around the old town. No cars can drive in the old town so you will have to carry your luggage to the hotel but it’s pretty close. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Beware of the fluctuating water temp in the shower hahaha. A minor inconvenience and overall I would recommend this hotel for its premier location and affordability
