Great location! Steps from the train, and very walkable distance to the market, Ponte Vecchia, the Duomo, and even the Michelangelo square (less than 3km away, which is a short walk when you're stopping at multiple places). The morning was a bit harsh on the first day, as it was a Monday and the garbage was collected very early (we were in a room facing the street). The other day it was very quiet. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious, but the shower area is TINY. It was a struggle to shower, and I'm not a large person. There's no elevator, and you're on the second floor, so keep that in mind. It was worth it for us, as we could walk everywhere we wanted, and arrived from the airport by train even at 11pm at night.

Within 2 blocks of train station. Very clean. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Use the address to find it. It’s more of an apartment than a hotel. Pay attention to their desk hours. They were very helpful as we arrived early. Our room was ready so they allowed us into our room to drop off our luggage and make our tour to Pisa. We had to leave for a tour before the desk opened. So we were told to pack all of our suitcases and leave them with the key inside the room. We got back 7 hours later, grabbed our suitcases and made it to our train without any issues. So rare to be so trusting these days. We will definitely stay here again.

Well located in Florence
This property was well located, just across the street from the train station, near several shopping & dining options, just a few blocks from Santa Maria Novella church, and just around the corner from the 1st stop of the City Sightseeing Tour Bus. Check in was easy, and they were kind enough to allow us to store our bags as our room was prepped. The room was nice, but my coverlet did appear a bit dingy. The breakfast service was great. Unfortunately I cannot remember the young gentleman’s name, but he was so kind to pack us a to-go breakfast since we were catching an early train. I would stay again.

Great location.
Well located Bnb. We walked everywhere. There’s a bus option to Piazzale michaelangelo if one doesn’t want to do the steps. Bus and trains are just round the corner. Lots of great restaurants close by and supermarket is nearly next door. There’s construction work outside so there’s disruptions and a bit more noise. There’s also noise from dragging furniture or shoes upstairs that are also lodgings. That was the annoying part and there are electric shutters to block the street noise. Breakfast ( included) at the new cafe is much better than the old one. I would have preferred a choice of sweet or savoury brioche instead of just a sweet option every morning. Staff is helpful, place is clean like the previous time 6 years ago. It’s ok for a short stay and we chose it because it’s close to the train station.

Wonderful B&B
Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, modernized and pretty big. It is conveniently located down the block from the train station. And about a 10 min walk to the heart of Florences main attractions. Just note this is not a full service hotel but a B&B. The only drawback is they don't have staff there 24/7. It's only an issue if you have late check-in times. They are usually on-site 8am-7pm, and have an contact number if you need some help later in the evening. I never had any problems. Breakfast is included but not onsite, rather down the block at a very nice cafe. You get a small sandwich, pastry, cappuccino and OJ. I enjoyed this much more then the typical continental breakfast you typically get. After visiting multiple cities and staying at several hotels/B&Bs in Italy, I have to say this was my best experience.
