Tout est globalement bien : bon emplacement (presque en face gares ferroviaire et routière), personnel est correct (bien que réservé, mais nous sommes à Brest...) et sauf le veilleur de nuit (peu diplomate), l'hôtel aurait besoin d'une rénovation (ascenseur par exemple, clés par cartes) et une bouilloire (avec ou sans plateau courtoisie) serait la bienvenue (s'agissant d'un 3 étoiles) et réchauffement climatique oblige : le climatisation serait souhaitable (même à Brest....), les commerces utiles sont à quelques centaines de mètres (même s'ils ferment presque tous tôt) et le tram qui passe à proximité (et les bus) bien pratique pour se déplacer et visiter Brest : Office de Tourisme tout proche avec personnel serviable (cartes, plan, billets tram/bus). Bref une bonne adresse pour faire une halte ou visiter Brest quelques jours.
