Great but could be so much better
The actual place was good, the room was great, the wardrobe have broken doors, a lampshade was missing, a curtain rail was broken as well. The electrical points look slightly a tad worn as well, some people may look like it as nit picking but it's stopping this place from a great place into a awesome place. It's well placed, with a great restaurant underneath it, situated well in Bruges, it just needs abit more t.l.c

You cannot get a better location in Bruges. I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with my family and we very much enjoyed our stay. It was a cozy stay with charm and I recommend you stay here.

Great location great people awful room
Fantastic location and friendly staff. The room is very dirty and not cleaned properly. On arrival we was greeted with dirty dishes and opened bottles of wine from the last guest. Most of the lights dont work and most of the room is falling apart. Still it was a beautiful location and the staff that work there are really nice. If they could just sort the rooms out it would be fantastic

I am not sure why Expedia allows a owner to list apartments as a hotel. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! These are apartments above a restaurant. There are no terrace, or lobby, or hotel service to be spoken of. The flat was large, much larger than what we needed and smelled stale. The linens and pillows were the lowest quality. Too much light as they did not turn off the building façade lights at night and curtains were broken and not black out. The hallway we were supposed to use as in/out access after hours was clogged with junk, presenting blockage of the emergency exit. I am curious what the fire department would make of that. If you are on a budget and want to travel with a large family / group, this can be an afforable option but do not be followed: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! There is no terrace, there is the outside sitting area of the restaurant. There is no lobby, there is a computer in the restaurant bar and a rack of keys. Expedia needs to inspect places like these and require they categorize properly!
