Hotel is very good with excellent facilities. I personally don't like carvery type food or buffet style arrangements for my main meal and believe a hotel of this standard should re think its way of service in this area .otherwise very comfortable and service was ok with a lot of young people that may require some more training in certain areas

Unclean
Bath room was not clean, room in fact wasn’t very clean, reported and they said they had cleaned the room, still wasn’t great For me the staff think that a half hearted sorry is enough, as if it was ok

not as it seems
the hotel looks lovely in photos but the rooms are very basic, like a premier inn and if you want a bath the taps are on the wall and not on the bath so its easier to have a shower, again very basic for the money expected more and the actual building lovely but inside is very bitty wont go there again. Was looking forward to eating in a cosy restaurant but it was only carvery and impersonal. I think for a coach load of people or pensioners they may like it, but for a couple there are better places around, it is pictureseque but that's all it has to offer. breakfast so busy and basic, I didn't bother queuing for the buffet, first time I did not eat breakfast in a hotel
