Very comfortable room with good amount of wardrobe and drawer space. The shower needs some attention. It’s either uncomfortably hot (in December) or loses most of its pressure. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. A couple of minor improvements would be orange juice and coffee, not a choice between, and perhaps some jam or marmalade with the toast. But the poached eggs were delicious. When we chose Broadlands for our two night stay the deciding factor was the parking, which was excellent at this time of year. Might be different in the summer! The restaurant reccommendations were useful. We had two good meals at the Dial House and the Mousetrap. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

We were initially concerned about the lack of air conditioning after a warm day, but with the fan supplied in the room and a window cracked we had no issues with sleeping. We stayed for 1 night during a weekend trip & it was absolutely perfect. The location was amazing, very central but super quiet. We had a king suite which was massive! The room was cozy, clean & had everything you need. Charlotte was the most accommodating & friendliest host & the breakfast was delicious. Worth every penny & would go back in an instant.
