We stayed for 2 weeks and accommodation met the standard expected of a 5* facility, We have travelled to many places over the years so feel we can confidently share both the positive and negatives which will hopefully elevate the hotels ability to always seek improvements. The first positive is there’s not many negatives😉 The hotel cleanliness and condition was very good and swipe test in key areas did not raise any concerns in he shared spaces. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we always felt help was at hand when needed. The environmental credentials of the hotel were also to a high standard expected of a 5* facility but as always, improvements were evident. For example, our balcony door did not close properly so when the air con was on the door leaked valuable cool air which obviously had an impact. When we removed the room card which controlled the power to the room, it did not switch off for at least 30 minutes. The telephone did not work, the cleaning staff should do regular checks of equipment during cleaning. Our room was of a modern standard and regularly had a change of towels etc which we appreciated. The floor in bedroom and balcony were very dirty and obviously not cleaned properly each day, spent more time cleaning our feet when in the room! Guest enhancement opportunities- complimentary poolside hydration and snacks during high heat. Free drinking water in restaurants. I would visit again👍

overall a good experience,good food polite helpful staff,clean rooms - downside people smoking poolside (i am a smoker) not very very nice when you lying on a sunbeds getting a big waft of smoke although signs up to indicate no towels to be left on the unattended sunbeds for extended periods of time, this appears to go on by the pool staff who do nothing to remove them.

Solo female traveller who stayed here in April '23. The place was perfect and better than I'd imagined. Big room with great balcony. Multiple places to roam and hang out - I personally went from pool to pool bar to beach to gym to buffet. ;) The staff were amazing - whether they were cleaners, servers, cooks, front desk, spa, lifeguards. Everyone was approachable and relaxed and warm and friendly. I loved the variety at the buffet and the quality of the food so much that I sent a video back home to friends to brag. The beach in front of the hotel is great. Whereas some hotels further down the strip can't see the waves from their beach loungers, at this hotel, you can sit in your lounge chair on the beach and look directly at the waves and walk straight in to the water. If you're questioning going, just do it! There's a reason this hotel is rated so highly. Bravo to the team!

I made a reservation at this property and then try to cancel it 10 hours later a week before I travel. They would not refund my money. I would never stay in one of the hotels again. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get a refund and even called their headquarters, a total of six calls.

Volvimos a este hotel porque en una estancia anterior nos había encantado, pero en esta ocasión la experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante. Nada más llegar empezaron los inconvenientes. Realizamos el check-in online previamente, incluyendo la digitalización del DNI, pero al llegar tuvimos que repetir todo el proceso, lo que lo hace poco útil. El hotel publicita en su página principal que dispone de beach club, pero durante nuestra estancia estaba cerrado, mientras que el resto de beach clubs de la zona sí estaban abiertos. Es un punto importante que debería informarse con antelación. En cuanto a la habitación, se indicaba “vistas al jardín”, pero en realidad lo que encontramos fue otro edificio del hotel a escasos 20 metros, con clientes comiendo justo debajo. Solicitamos un cambio en recepción y nos indicaron que el hotel estaba completo, algo que sinceramente no parecía ser el caso. Además, comunicamos que estábamos celebrando nuestro 35 aniversario y no hubo ningún tipo de detalle, ni siquiera algo simbólico como fruta o una nota. Es la primera vez que nos ocurre algo así en un hotel de esta categoría. Por último, y en general, el hotel necesita una actualización. Aunque tiene 5 estrellas, actualmente no está al nivel de otros establecimientos similares. Entendemos que hay prevista una remodelación próximamente, lo cual probablemente sea necesario. Experiencia fantástica como siempre,llevamos años yendo a este hotel.La comida,el personal que nos tratan genial y con una sonrisa. La única pega es que había un fallo en el motor de la piscina climatizada y el agua estaba fría en cambio nos dieron una habitación superior con piscina privada(aunque el tiempo no acompañó pero se agradece el detalle) También nos facilitaron un tarta y vela para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido así que repetiremos.

El hotel y su ubicación maravillosa , el trato muy agradable y profesional, En general todo bastante bien ! Teníamos una suite y nos invitaron a una botella de cava ! La verdad solo fallo la limpieza no fue muy satisfactoria y luego que para ser una suite de un hotel 5*carecía de servicios más exclusivos ( como los de higiene). Solo estos dos puntos que se pueden mejorar . Desayuno maravilloso! Su restaurante cataria fabuloso !

Décevant

Nous avions réservé une chambre vue sur mer (pour éviter une vue latérale). Quelle ne fut pas notre déception en voyant les balcons de l'hôtel voisin et l'océan seulement en se penchant et au loin! Et torticolis garantis... Les moustiques et autres lézards ont fait le reste. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque mais pas de bonne qualité dans une ambiance cafétéria très bruyant et pas toujours propre. Pour sortir de cette enclave de la Barrosa, Cadiz est à 45 minutes en voiture. Une fois installés, difficile de bouger ou alors il faudra prendre une excursion proposée par l'hôtel au prix fort. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
