Wouldn’t stay again
Corridors very loud and echoy. Hard to sleep. Noisey from doors shutting, opposite a rooster farm so can hear everything. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Pool area not great. Wouldn’t recommend

Ok hotel depends on what you are looking for.
The hotel itself is of a good standards, its facilities are good and location is good. It is only a 2 Star so it is lives up to that. The facilities are of a good standard but what let’s the hotel down are the rooms, bed mattresses and furnishings being dated and of poor quality. However, the staff are exceptional, especially Marc, Joshua and one of the bar staff a young girl of Romanian origin can’t recall her name. All amazing people that really make your stay worthwhile and enjoyable. They really are a joy and I want them to know this. If this hotel is trying to increase their star rating they will need to work on revamping their rooms, decor, furnishings and fixtures. That alone would get them up to a 3 star and some hot food for breakfast. All said I would probably return back if the price was right but I only booked this in haste because someone gave it 4 stars and I misread it as a for star hotel as I needed something quickly.

nice little place
The staff were good -- two excellent and helpful -- they didn't help book trips though -- and I couldn't get calls into my room or call out back home -- the internet sucked there -- but I think it sucks everywhere -- the room was clean the bed soft -- there was no bath tub :-( but the little courtyard was lovely -- the pool was very cold though -- so cold you didn't really want to stay in it too long -- there was a pool table and tables for eating breakfast -- the food was decent -- edible which says a lot for Ibiza -- and the coffee was reasonably priced and Isabelle a lady who worked there very cheeky -- but very nice -- the bar was open until midnight -- but she didn't want to make me coffee at that time -- she made an excellent cup of coffee :-) the breakfast was pretty standard -- the bread was good though -- there were small balconies which was nice -- an elevator -- and nice décor -- close enough to the main drag -- but far enough away to get rest -- there was a rooster that crowed a lot! but it was nice ....

Decent Stay.
A friend and I booked this hotel fairly late on before our holiday so I hadn't expected there to be much left in terms of a decent place to stay. But I enjoyed my stay here. A convenient location, slightly out of town and not far to walk to Ocean, Bay Bar, Ibiza Rocks Bar etc. It was relatively clean, the room was okay with a balcony and air conditioning and the included breakfast was good - pretty much all you need from a stay in San Antonio.

Great staff great location!!
Staff were all great just like going home for Christmas very nice staff. Room needed just an extra t.v channel. Hotel was great needed a chef there i think to accomodate fresh food for day and evenings. food was available but frozen the microvaved.
