Great hotel, only 15 minutes via tube from Euston station. Room was lovely, big 4 poster bed and tv with some sky sports channels, good sized bathroom with big walk in shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be back myself.

A comfortable stay at a convenient location...
The hotel is conveniently located for the City and East end. Surrounded by a selection of good restaurants. It's a smallish property . The executive room we booked was as promised...Spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom...Slightly faulty shower. Building work ongoing nearby which was not indicated at the time of booking....

We were very disappointed with this Hotel. Through we booked an Executive Room with a City view and emailed to confirm that booking and also to advise it was a special occasion stay - our wedding night. On arrival we were allocated Room 301 which has a view only of the wall of the neighbouring building. As we had specifically chosen this hotel for the view we were very disappointed. The duty manager was unable to resolve the room issue, could not explain why our special request wasn't noted( in fact the receptionist seemed surprised we even had a reservation) and could only offer a drink from the bar as an apology. As neither of us drink, we declined. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower passable. We has to request a bathrobe as only one was in the room. Service at breakfast was appalling. The restaurant was not busy, we waited half an hour to be served and when we asked where it was, were told "I'm not cooking it". The manager on check out waived breakfast and made a small further reduction. She also confirmed that only 3 rooms have a City view. I have stayed at other Indigo hotels so can make have direct comparisons . This particular hotel fell far short of 4 stars for service and facilities. If you wish to have a City view I would check directly with the hotel and not as I did, assume that if you pay for the best available room you will actually get the best available room!

Good stay
Good stay, room was nice and staff were very friendly. Had room service food one night which was pretty good (better than you usually get). Very straightforward to get to from Tower Hill or Aldgate tube stations, and quite a lot to do within walking distance
