Great hotel for a family trip to Pittsburgh. It is within walking distance of a lot of activities for kids and near the ball parks.

Happy ending
Did not respond to noise complaint. Contacted corporate and they tried to offer "points" that I would never use. Finally agreed to refund four days parking fees. Otherwise, stay was fine. Good hot breakfast.

We requested a suite for 6 people, four adults and two children. We also chose the option for two roll away beds. When we checked in, we requested the two roll away beds, to be told that the hotel does not have roll away beds. At all. Why advertise it on your website if it’s not an option? We would have been better off spending less money on two hotel rooms. We didn’t have enough beds, and someone ended up sleeping on the floor. The staff were unapologetic and rude.

Perfect Location
Our stay was very relaxing. There are many activities and restaurants within walking distance (1 mile). We walked to the Rivers Casino for a concert Friday night and then to the David L Lawrence Convention Center Saturday morning for a Pickle Ball tournament. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Noon checkout is a plus. One thing I find subpar is the front desk computers that seem to "go down" too often. We've stayed at this hotel 3 different times in the last year. Each time I've waited while only one computer was functioning. That said, the personnel handle the situation very well.
