2/10 Poor

Check if the A/C is working in your room.

A bad experience. We have arrived around midnight and we got a room where the inside temperature was above 29 degrees, no drinking water in the room. The A/C was off and i went straight away to the receptionist to ask for clarifications. He activated it but still it was not working, it was late and we went to sleep. The morning after it we have reported the issue and the first answer we got was : " we are sorry, there is nothing we can do about it, there is a technical issues". I had some technicians even entering the room assigned to us, unbelievable... They finally moved us to another room which still had issues with A/C, but facing an internal backyard was fresher, ridiculous. The private beach was not available due to a "bureaucracy issue" and this was not mentioned anywhere. This was supposed to be a 4 starts hotel, seriously....

Hotel met kleine bijsmaak

Prettig hotel, kamer en badkamer netjes, vriendelijkheid personeel wisselend, zwembad zeer mooi en goed verzorgd. Parkeerplaats auto niet altijd gegarandeerd. Dit was niet goed georganiseerd. Ontbijt goed en ruim voldoende.

4/10 Fair

Oltretutto MI HANNO FATTO SALDARE IL CONTO ALL'ARRIVO: MAI SUCCESSO PRIMA!!

This hotel is very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and it is good that you can hire bikes free of charge. The only down side is that the rooms were quite small.

Booked this place by mistake thinking it was in Livorno but spent a wonderful six days there. The area turned out to be a beach resort but close enough to drive to Pisa, Luca and could get to Cinque Terre by train from a nearby town.. Great, wonderful staff, terrific breakfast, restaurant serving dinner, very nice pool area and a very short walk to the beach. Great place if looking for a beach vacation.
