A special shoutout to Delia at the childcare centre – she was absolutely fantastic! Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the children made our stay so much more enjoyable and stress-free. I also want to thank the staff who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our belongings after we accidentally left them in a taxi. Their quick response and dedication truly impressed us and showed how much they value their guests.
