Quaint, comfortable, quiet.
It was a quiet place to relax between events I was attending. The room was spacious and furnished by antiques, hearkening back to a previous age. A delicious hot breakfast of French Toast and sausages was provided, along with a selections of cereals, yogurt and baked goods. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in that part of town.

The house is noisier than you would think and the room I was in faced the street so there was constant traffic noise. The stairs were directly outside my room and that also made for disruptive noise. The windows near the window seat didn't have thicker curtains so there it was difficult to sleep or get changed in the room. I wish more of these things had be disclosed when I booked my room.

Nice bed and breakfast near the city
The location of the inn was a little tough to spot as it is in the middle of a suburb neighborhood. There was only a few parking spots for guests and then you would be required to park on the street. It is nice that the inn is only 5-10 miles from the best parts of downtown Indy. The rooms were very clean and a comfortable size. There was only light coverings on the windows for privacy. The pillows were a little hard for my taste, which is why I bring my own, but my girl friend loved them. The bathroom for our room was shared and across the hall, not a big deal but something to note. I did not attend breakfast in the morning. Overall we had a great overnight stay and would recommend the inn for short stays in the heart of Indy.

Nice place to stay.
It's a nice little B+B, I stayed in the loft so there's a ladder to the bed. If you're challenged by stairs stay on a lower floor. Location is close to the city center and price was more than fair. It's a older home that's full of character, I'd stay there again.
