This was my 4th visit, clean as usual but the triple room is tiny.

A gem.of a hotel.
Absolutely fantastic hotel in a nice neighborhood. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable. No tea making facilities in the room. Rooms were spotless. Quiet. Excellent staff. I really can't fault it!

An Excellent, hotel in a superb location.
Only one day - on the way to the Airport. We stay there regularly on the way both to and from Tunisia and always enjoy our stay. The hotel has been recently re-furbished to a very high standard. A good and varied breakfast buffet is served (pity about the coffee - the refurbishment has provided a Nescafé machine, a good machine, but a poor substitute for the real thing!) In summary - excellent value for a central hotel.

Good hotel to stay - recommended
Great hotel to stay at and at a great price. The front desk manager Sofiane always as usual looked after us. The staff are friendly expect one moron on security who took it upon himself to be rude to us. After our complaint this man was reprimanded. The food at breakfast is varied, it would be good if the cooks could concentrate a little more not overcooking sausages or freezing the salad items. We will return to the hotel in the near future.

Terrible service
I stayed for 1 night and it was dreadful. They wanted to charge me €20 for the airport shuttle, even though they say it's €10 round trip on their website, they have no in house room service, i,e if you wanted to order some food, they would go our and buy it for you. There were also no coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Terrible place. Won't be staying there again. They charged £43 a night for the privilege of the experience.
