Historic and comfortable hotel
Lovely hotel, excellent location in the centre of Conwy and plenty of parking which is a bonus. Our room was very small but it was only a standard. On the plus side the soft furnishings were beautiful, the bathroom was fabulous and we had the most comfortable bed and pillows ever!!!! Thought there could have been a better choice of continental options at breakfast but plenty of cooked options. Will definitely stay again

I love the castle hotel, my husband and I have stayed here a few times over the years, we have noticed the decline in the staff and they we’re having to do 3 to 4 different jobs at a time, they we’re still very pleasant and did there best for the guests but they did get a few guests that went happy,it was not the staffs fault they we’re doing there best , I would still stay there but please get more staff to help the staff you already have before they get work overload xx
