Very nice hotel and pleasant staff. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. We found hair on a bathtub, shampoo, toilet seat and a pillow.

What a pleasant surprise and beautiful hotel! Location: excellent location will essentiel stops very close by, right off the highway. Short drive to Quebec City and just a few minutes from the Chaudière waterfall Parking: plenty of parking available Room: absolutely beautiful room. We were on the 4th floor, very spacious room with all the bells and whistles. Comfortable bed, great lounge area and the bathroom and rainfall shower were perfect Breakfast: complimentary breakfast has been slightly affected by the pandemic. There is a staff member who readily prepares your plate with whatever you choose off the menu. Very conscious of cleanliness and food is fresh and tasty. Not the usual experience but they have made a great decision to assure safety. Cleanliness: there are hand sanitizing stops every few feet, and the product smells fresh. Every employee is masked and properly protected Spa: true highlight of this hotel. You just reserve your time as to assure capacity limitation is respected. But that allows for a true private spa experience. The water is warm, facilities clean and the spa at night just magical! We loved our experience!!

great hotel but not if it’s raining.
All was great until we were woke up about 10:45 with the rain hitting some type of metal cladding on outside of building. It was like someone was playing drums. We could not fall back to sleep. Called front desk and they brought us up a room key for another room across the hall. It was better, but we could still hear the noise just a lot fainter. Other than that we would stay there again but not if it’s raining. The staff was great and friendly. We were in 320 & slept in 333.
