You get what you pay for here. Rooms are ok, could do with a good clean and a refresh. Beds aren't uncomfortable. Food is awful. Drink is ok. Snack bar is good. Nothing wrong with this hotel for the money paid.

great location
It is old but the people that work there are great. The spa masseur Giuri is great gave me a superb massage after 6 hours in a poker room. I will come back to the hotel. Also the breakfast was superb.

jätte dåligt service på reception och restaurang 90% av personalen kan inte engliska even ibland i receptionen , de hälsar inte ,ej le till kundar man känner sig i jätte biligt hotel och inte i inklusive hotelet personalen skrikar och leker med varandra ej respect , bara det är ok för frukost annars lunch och middag jätte dåligt och nästan samma varje dag angående alkohol det var inte specialt och vi måste köpa vatten , jag själv brukar resa flera gg varje år och jag har vareit i bulgarien i 1977 och 1979 och det var ötroligt under den tiden men inte idag jag rekomondera inte .

Hemskt hotell, dålig service, kall mat, skitigt
Bokade en vistelse på en vecka på detta All Inclusive hotell. Det började med att rummet vi hade bokat inte var städat, sängen var obäddad, gamla lakan, skräp, matrester och begagnade handdukar från förra gästerna fanns kvar i rummet. Gick ner och bad om ett nytt rum, men i stort sett alla rummen var skitiga eller ostädade, trots att klockan var 22:30 på kvällen. När vi väl fick ett nytt rum så var det ganska okej. Dock tunna väggar och mycket fylla och skrik på hotellet som gjorde att man knappt kunde sova utan öronproppar. Frukosten, lunchen och middagen var densamma varje dag. Till och med lunch och middag var detsamma, förutom att vi någon enstaka gång fick ljummen mat. Tur att det fanns mikrovågsugn så vi kunde värma maten. Otrevlig serveringspersonal, fyllde aldrig på mat som tog slut. När bacon eller ägg tog slut så stod de bara och glodde. Det var skitigt både på bord och stolar. Personalen gick i vanliga kläder och lekte mest med varandra eller glodde ner i mobiltelefonen. Poolområdet skulle vara rökfritt, men här röktes det i varje solstol och fimpar och muggar låg överallt. Minimal städning. Poolen kontrollerades eller städades inte en enda gång under vårt besök. Porslin och bestick verkade bara sköljas av då det fanns matrester kvar på tallrikar och gammalt kaffe i kaffemuggarna. Sämsta All Inclusive jag har varit på ett par olika inhemska drycker. Inga drinkar och i ölkranen var det nog bara lättöl. Inget hotell jag kommer återvända till.
