Can't beat the Price
I like the hotel location, condition and price. Hotel is located in the heart of Akasaka-Mitsuke shopping area and 3 minutes from Akasaka-Mituske station which is centrally located in Tokyo. The hotel room is small, no room to keep the luggage open without it getting in the way. Room and bathroom is clean - Large TV and air conditioned, hotel staff is friendly. Café attached to Lobby is convenient and serves good food. Pros: Centrally located in Tokyo - plenty of foot traffic during the day/night (safe). Staff is friendly and speaks English. Plenty of places to eat near by. Minutes away from Subway Station. Room and Facility is Clean. Under $100 USD. Cons: Very-very tight room space. Room is OK for a single person but not recommended for couples! (to be fair they have bigger rooms at a higher price - can't comment on the bigger rooms) Bottom Line: If you're looking to save money for excellent location and clean facility and you don't mind a small room then this is for you. I plan to stay there again!

4 days are the max in this place
This is my second time to stay in this hotel, but it's going to be my last time. 1. The breakfast is, apart from the coffee, IMHO very poor. 2. The bathroom was not very clean - something I expect in Japan. 3. The room size is just too small - between desk and bed is hardly enough space to sit. No room for a suitcase. Actually the desk is too tiny as well and they clutter the little desk place up with lots of advertising boards etc. 4. Only one power outlet in the bed room / desk is just not practical fore someone that has to do some work on a laptop.

Great Location | Helpful & Bilingual Staff
This hotel is located very close to the Akasaka and Akasaka Mitsuke metro stations; providing easy access to the Ginza, Chiyoda, and Marunouchi lines. Also within the vicinity are many restaurants, bars, and lounges. There are several convenience stores and groceries nearby as well. The front-desk staff speaks English and are very helpful. The hotel is also very clean. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected of Japanese hotels. They provide you with all of the toiletries that you could possibly need as well as fresh towels, robes, and slippers daily. Bed linens can be replaced daily upon request, or if you prefer to be more environmentally friendly they will replace them every 4 days.

Poor 2.0
Bad service experience
Bad experience this time with this hotel. After regular visit in 2014, 2015 and 2016 they put me in a smoking room although during check in i have mentioned i think their record to book me a smoking room is not correct. The front office staff is not helpful at all and her english is not great either. The hotel never responded to my wuestion in advance about early check in although they contacted me earlier to reconfirm the reservation. Will not coming back to this hotel.

Hotel Service
The hotel room is very cramp and small despite that I booked a room with double bed for 2 persons. They only provide 1 bottle of mineral water per day. I was shocked to discover that if they changed bedsheet on that day, no bottle of mineral water will be provided. In most if not all hotels which I have stayed, these hotel always provide bottles of mineral water without fail. The good point with this hotel is the location which is near the Akasaka Mitsuke station. Can’t think of any good points besides this.
