Very good stay and service
We are a couple and struggled to find a double capsule, but this was the right one! Also, they've got a sauna and a hot tub, and loads of Shiseido products for the hair and skin. You have to be careful when you want to use the hot tub and sauna. The thing is that they've got a small bathroom, just the shower, and a big room with the sauna and hot tub, so they swap the signs outside these rooms so everyone can use the hot tub and sauna I guess. For example, my boyfriend had to go before sleeping to enjoy the hot tub, as the big room was available for boys, but I had to go after waking up when they had changed the signs and he had to use the small one. If you are considering having a great sleep, a capsule is not a good place. I had a good sleep but my boyfriend slept very lightly, also because his part of the mattress was a bit bumpy and did not complain :-/. Every minimum noise during night wakes everyone up! Even people snoring, yeah. Also, the "control panel" inside the capsule is completely Japanese, so we had to spend some time trying to guess what these buttons were going to do after pressing them. Also, wifi is available only in the second floor. Overall, we were very happy with our choice!

Good hotel... Just on the tired side. (Looks old.)
Stayed here for 4 nights.. All in all was a good stay! Love the Onsen/shower room... Because it puts you in the deep end of the Japanese way of washing/relaxing. ♨️

Fun capsule experience!
I really enjoyed our stay! I thought the capsules were a comfy and a decent size for 2 people. It was a fun, Japanese experience that we wanted to try out a d it was great - and also a cheap nights stay! I found it quiet enough and had a pretty decent sleep. There is only wifi downstairs in the reception area and each capsule only had one locker so we had to share - having a locker each would have helped. Suitcases/rucksacks need to be left in a public area. The staff were friendly and one lady in particular was SO helpful and called a nail salon to make an appt for me! The bathrooms are japanese style - no one else seemed to use them so I had the room to myself! That was about 9.45am (check out is 10am). The hotel was right beside a metro station (if you come out the right exit - which often confused us with Metros in Japan!) But the sign is writing in Japanese characters. Also - it's at the opposite side of Tokyo from Shibuya/Shinjuku so keep that in mind if you are out in these areas in the evening. The metro stops about midnight and we had a crazy dash to try to catch the metro back. We got as far as Tokyo Station (about half way) before they were closed and then we had to catch a cab - which we were pleased only cost about £15!!

convenient low-price option
In terms of room comfort and noise from other guests, this place was about on par with a youth hostel dorm, but with slightly more privacy. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The jacuzzi was great, but note that the bathrooms/showers are communal and can get busy if there are a lot of other people staying. My partner's suitcase was temporarily lost on the way out, but the hotel provides free toothbrushes and toiletries and sells socks, underwear and shirts, among other things, which was very useful.

Discovering Japan
We just tried it for the experience of staying in a capsule hotel. Slept well, everyone is very respectful and not making noise. Locker downstairs are too small for big luggage so we had to leave our bags in the lobby. Other than that everything else was good enough for what you can expect from a capsule hotel.
