It was not a pleasant experience. Asked for an iron and it started leaking after ironing one article of clothing. When my husband took it back to get another one, he was asked if he knew how to use an iron. Hung a towel on the rack and it fell off the wall. The only thing in there was one washcloth, Sr we had to ask for towels due both of us. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we had to leave early because of a medical emergency. It's a good thing we left early because both room keys stopped working.

    Not worth the money

Walking distance to the inner harbor. Not a great neighborhood. Breakfast was one flavor yogurt and one kind of muffin. The room keys kept deactivating. No cleaning or fresh towels during stay. The hotel hallways had an awful smell like rotten food and pot. So gross I have stayed in cheaper hotels that have cared more for the cleanliness

    Convenient location

Its an 8 dollar uber ride away from Penn station. I read the reviews after i booked and got scared but it was actually really nice. The hallways did smell a little smoky but the rooms was fairly quiet and i couldn't hear other people talking.... the staff was professional... and i didn't see any roaches or anything. I thought it was a chill hotel right by the harbor and all these food places...

    Never Again.

We didn’t even stay the night in this hotel. When we arrived the whole hotel smelled like smoke, the staff at the front desk were alright but could have been more friendly. When we arrived in the room there were little stains on the bed sheets, lamp shades, a hole in the wall that was just patched with plaster not very well and then we found mold above the window. We walked out and requested a refund.

    A lot to be desired

Well. I booked this location because of the relatively good price and close proximity to the harbor. The online photos give the appearance of a modern and recently renovated hotel and they are true to form. However, the renovation is skin-deep and this hotel is clearly on the decline. The entire place (rooms, lobby, elevator) reeks of cigarette smoke and weed, even though I had booked a smoke-free room. Homeless folks were wandering in and out at their leisure. The girls at the counter simply could not be bothered with me, including an eye roll and groan when asking about the complementary breakfast which wasn't set out (she then set out one large bowl of single-serve yogurts and another of mini-muffins. That was it). Also, nobody asked me about my car or informed me that parking was $15/night. I happened to notice the parking fee requirement when later looking at my options for cancelling. I then had to run downstairs to pay them in order to avoid being towed. I will say that I lucked out with the room itself being quiet throughout my two-night stay. Several other guests weren't so lucky, mentioning constant party noise coming from all sides. I get the sense that this is very much a place where locals go to do the things they'd prefer not to do at home. If you're travelling on a budget and want to stay in the Inner Harbor, do yourself a favor and book any one of the numerous inexpensive BnB's in the area.

The visit was great. It was quiet. The key wouldn’t work for the front door. Unwise no issues.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bathroom run down. Mattress cover was lumpy. Not very clean overall. Very disappointing as this was once a very nice hotel but is run down now. I've stayed here about 10 times and I will likely not come back.

    Not worth it

Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes to check in. Staff was borderline rude. Room was nothing like the pictures. Only two towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. Hotel smelled of smoke. Not worth the price.

Definitely a budget hotel. Kind of dingy but serviceable. Bring ear plugs though, the walls are thin.
