    We always use this hotel because it is consistently good- there was a problem with the tv - we reported it at midnight’ish when we got in. They thanked us but it has not been replaced. This is not a big problem as only stopping one night.

    Its a great location, near the beach and local restaurants. The service was great. Friendly staff! The triple room was comfortable for us. We each had a bed and we also had enough toiletries offered by hotel service. We had a great relaxing experience. The balcony was a plus!

    relaxing stay in Santander

    very friendly staff, particularly at breakfast. Check in was speedy and friendly. Room was large, bright, with great balcony and seaview. Breakfast was good. Nice atmosphere in hotel

    Buena ubicacicón pero poco trato

    Si lo que buscas es estar cerca de la playa la ubicacion esta genial, tienes el Sardinero a un paso. Esta muy limpio el hotel. Lo que no me ha gustado es que en la página me ponia habitación con vistas al mar y cuando llegué me dijeron que era según disponibilidad. También llamé para que en vez de 2 camas individuales fuera una de matrimonio y tambien me encontré con la misma sorpresa: " es según disponibilidad". Pequeños detalles que te hacen volver o no..
