Lovely
Warm welcome, heated blankets, plus heater in bedroom and bathroom. Teac, coffee and hot choclate in room. Thought I’d left something there, so I emailed them and they immediately went to check for me. I would definitely stay again.

Allocated room 7 which was on the ground floor facing the side wall of the staircase to the upper floor. Although we expected the room to be small it was smaller than we thought. The host offered to request a refund but we would have to find alternative accommodation. It was 5.00pm and we only had until 6.00pm so had to stay there. We will not stay at a Bella Vista hotel again as this appears to be the same layout of them all and there is always a risk you will be allocated these rooms. No problem with the hosts, they were very friendly and tried to help.

Weekend away, forest walks and then relaxing...
From check in to check out, Dennis was helpful re things-to-do round Rotorua, forest walks etc. He was friendly and accommodating, giving us a free upgrade to King Bed and roomy access shower. Motel is an easy 15min walk to town for dinner at Eat Streat. Everything in unit pristine and practical. Definitely recommend and will return.
