Hope for more in the future
Survives by location not by service or a maintenance of quality. Requires a commitment to either rebuilding or major updates (structural and cosmetic) and sincere concern for customers (obviously lacking from top down). Sad.

Felt like I checked into an old motel 6
I wasn't thrilled with my stay and the place looks like its overdue a renovation - bed was not very comfortable - I could feel the springs as I laid on the mattress

Very Good8.0
Great overnight stay
It was very good overnight stay. We had an old friends get together in Packy's (on site bar) and it was great to be able to just walk down the hall to our room when party was over. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of room if planning on staying more than one night with microwave/fridge area, desk w/ business chair and large bathroom.

I had paid for this hotels through via PayPal. When I arrived the front desk clerk told me that because the hotel was booked early sat, that I would have to call Expedia (no idea why I would call them since I booked with and have them authorize a credit card that they used??? I paid through PayPal!! When I pressed him on this, he just coldly adivised that I had to call them and that’s all there is to it. Mind you, I have a 2 month old baby in my arms and kids in the car and it’s 1am and this is the best he would do until I pushed to do better. This was incredibly unacceptable. He finally called whoever and got whatever it was he was looking for. After more than an hour. I’d like to be refunded my money in this stay.

Hope Hotel worth a stay!
Had a room with 2 queen beds and we were very satisfied with size, comfort, cleanliness and service. They must have made a lot of updates because we did not find the problems other referred to such as outdated furnishings. For those who are green conscious and do not want to use communal containers of soap, shampoo- bring your own or go to front desk for individual containers. We are finding more of these throughout our travels. Maybe as they become more popular the “non-touch” types will become more prevalent. We stayed May 2018 and were very satisfied. Packys grill was sparse but adequate for price. You do have to drive to get to some shopping. We met many military personnel we seemed happy with accommodations. There were training drills and opening of Memphis Belle exhibit at museum. Thank you Hope for updating and providing good accommodations and service for our loved military personnel.
