There was a bit of a confusion when I booked a 2 bed chalet without realizing it had only 1 bathroom. So I had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and the difference was the same amount as the 2 bed chalet, So I basically paid double to get the upgrade, I had also assumed it was all-inclusive, and it’s not. You pay extra for that, but I fault expedia for this confusion because the description is not clear enough and it only gave me the option for breakfast. Now, apart from that, I will give this...

The hotel caters for adults only and has a relaxed feel with friendly and attentive staff. I stayed on an all inclusive basis and the standard of service and food was high. I really love this hotel. It’s so beautiful in a very quiet area of Makadi Bay. My room was huge, and I had a lovely view of the pool. I asked for a quiet room and they gave that to me. I had a few issues but I spoke to Hager (customer relations) and the General Manager and all was resolved quickly and I stayed on two extra days. The food is varied and there is a lot of it. Try their specialised restaurants as they are a treat (you need to book). The hotel should stock decaf coffee but I think...

We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff (Emad, Ehab and Elia at the pool) and Ahmed and Eva in the restaurant. The treatment of Othman the receptionist is excellent..... I do not recommend using the spa because the staff is very bad and the price list is not fixed. The hotel is close to the airport and you do not need to leave the hotel, it is a paradise

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller. The service was top notch, everyone was all very kind and accommodating. (From asking for breakfast boxes to late checkout — all my requests were met). The morning yoga included in the itinerary was such a bonus treat to my stay. Doing yoga out on the jetty first thing in the morning with the beautiful scenery is a must! Also the rooms are clean and spacious, housekeeping do a great job.

Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates may help you find more affordable options for your stay in a hotel in Hurghada. For those seeking distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and occasionally better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more economical, assisting you in finding a better deal.
Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Hurghada's superb public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located further afield that remains well linked. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found.
