A nice little gem of a place.
Easy check in. Comfy bed, great location, decent shower, good food in the restaurant, great location for Brighton and the South coast. Somewhere I'll remember.

Best location
Amazing location and even better views! Room smelt clean and wss cosy. Comfy bed although it was very squeaky. Floors creaked too which was off putting as I felt like I needed to avoid treading on the floor so I didn't annoy anyone down stairs. The hotel has a restaurant next door and chip shop few doors down, perfect after a night out. We will be staying again I'm sure.

Very Good 8.0
Cheap and convenient.
The hotel was pretty much what we wanted, just somewhere to sleep during our stay. We did encounter a few small "problems" that honestly didn't affect us that much, but may urk some people. First off, one of our 2 rooms' bin had not been emptied, and items from the last people who'd stayed in that room were still in the bin, including a photograph of said people. Secondly, one of the rooms bathroom doors were sort of "double doors" but didn't have a lock and didn't fully meet in the middle, so even while closed you could clearly see through the small gap into the bathroom. Lastly, the shower is a little awkward but honestly nothing else to complain about with that. Staff did a great job tidying up our rooms and folding our clothes that we'd just left around the room, aswell as tidying up our belongings and neatly piling them in the room.
