Poor 2.0
Dreadful hotel stay.
Hotel location was good and reception was welcoming. Our room was very tiny and we could not both walk round the bed at the same time. There was about a nine inch gap to move around the bed. The bed had ‘half a headboard and broken springs. The cleaner did not make the bed or replenish sugar and toiletries. The balcony was shared - unsafe we felt as two single females. The loo was shared and down a flight of stairs was unacceptable. We asked for full facilities. No wardrobe or shelf in the room - we asked to move rooms but they were full and couldn’t. This is the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was appalling.. I would give it 1/10.
