Amazing stay
The experience at the hotel was excellent. I loved the room with amazing view from a balcony on the 4th floor. The bed was comfy. The room was very clean. You can see the furniture a small bit outdated, but it is unique and gives a special look to the room. All interior in the hotel lobby was exceptional and breathtaking. The movies in the Movie room on the evenings were a bit not my taste, but hope on the other week they will be different. I loved the pool and beach with very comfortable sun loungers. Free Water provided in the pool and beach. Staff very kind and polite. I didn't like breakfast here, it was over rated for the quality of food you get. That's why we took it only on one morning. But overally the hotel was excellent.

Well done to all the staff who make this 5 star
This hotel is probably the best one on the palm. It is not overcrowded and swarming with day visitors but is just a short ride away from the main attractions on the palm itself or even JBR. The wonderful multinational staff are kind, attentive and generous and they all made the whole family feel most welcome and extremely well looked after throughout the stay. When so many hotels in the UAE are completely full of loud and rude people from a certain quasi-European country, who are hiding in Dubai to avoid conscription, this one wasn't. There are a number of good, really good, restaurants whilst room service too is exceptionally generous, especially breakfast. Our suite had a huge main bedroom and adjoining room for the 3 kids in singles. The pool was pleasant and vast with enough space for adults and kids whilst the children's play area also includes some good splash parks too. The beach is well staffed, immaculate and the lagoon both calm and warm for gentle swimming. Management of the hotel should be proud of all their well-trained people who made this stay a proper 5 star experience.

Great hotel - Sneaky Half Board surcharges
Lovely ornate hotel with great lobby, communal area d pool areas. Rooms are spacious and well fitted. You need to be aware that even if half board just about every meal has a surcharge - around £90 per meal for a family of four - excluding drinks (AED65 a beer / AED135 glass of champagne). More cost effective options at other Jumeirah Beach hotels
