Beautiful hotel in great location, with handy parking. Our toilet was very noisy all night but everything else was great. Breakfast was an assortment eaten on the terrace which was nice. The rooms were spacy and nicely decorated. The pool was chilly but great to have a pool in the middle of the city, and sunbeds were very comfy! Great restaurant selection nearby

Staff lied to us.
I booked through a third agent and realised I’d booked the premium rooms not the superior which are on the first floor with a balcony. I called into the hotel to see if I could change them as we live nearby. The man on reception said he had the rooms available and he would change my booking. When we eventually stayed we only had premium rooms and the same man on reception said he was fully booked and said he could only swap them if they were available on the day. This is not what he said to me when we initially visited the property. He lied.

Hotel is very central, staff are very friendly and helpful they go out of the way to make your stay more enjoyable everything was great, but the was an old lady in the breakfast area where she was screaming and swearing make the staff feel very uncomfortable, that's the only down side of the hotel, the rest was great definitely recommend

I booked this room on short notice as my travel plans changed suddenly. I felt so fortunate to stay at this hotel. The front desk attendants were friendly and spoke English well. The location, in an alley off of an alley, was quiet and only a few steps from the beaten path in a small tourist area. The room itself I would rate 5 stars.
