Small hotel by the M11, convenient for Cambridge
Room in the annexe was small but very clean and comfortable. £2 car parking charge was not mentioned on the hotels.com website.

good but could be better
very comfortable accommodation however we were very surprised to be charged £2 for car parking when they had their own very large car park. We ordered taxi and it arrived over 30 mins late. Receptionists helpful but not very efficient in chasing taxi firm. Service overall not good. Requested spoon at breakfast, arrived 10 minutes after I had finished breakfast. Just generally slipshod. Could be a fantastic place with more customer care
