Great team but things to improve inside hotel.
Service is extremely amazing and helpful. Kenan is an amazing part of the hotel who helped us a lot. Regarding room tidiness, it's, not the best. It has smells inside rooms, and ants (which was an unpleasant surprise). We spent time in two different rooms as we did two bookings - one room got water breaks, sow hen you shower its cold and next second hot and cold again. In second room was huge leak in the shower and we end up in the extremely wet floor. Again hotel team fixed all so quick for us, but our genuine suggestion would be to improve all bathrooms systems and do extra sanitizing for insects. Int his case hotel can be 10 out of 10. Great rooftop terrace for pictures and chill out time.

Everything was excellent I give it 5 Starts, but the bathroom or maybe the water in the bathroom was very smelly. It smelled bad. Also our jacuzzi was not working properly. The water kept draining down. Although, I would still give this place a 5/5 for the cleanness and the staff service was excellent.

If you come to Turkey and miss out on this hotel you will be missing out on one of the best experiences of hospitality ever! The entire staff- Nur, Kenan, Solange, Abdullah, and Sinan are so kind and smiley the whole time :) they always make sure you have a beverage and are really attentive during breakfast service. They speak pretty much every language in the book and are so good at holding a conversation. They have great personal and professional backgrounds. Please, please if you get the chance to book here, do it! All of the tour agencies we booked through that picked us up at our hotel would tell us " oh Divan, rhat hotel has great service" Just book it! The staff was letting us know they are rated the third best hotel in Cappadocia but to us they're the first!
