Cute and comfy motel
The location was perfect for our business. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a cute and comfy place with a great bed. Good value for the price. Simple breakfast provided, but close to a full breakfast restaurant. We will be returning.

Where does 8.4 / 10 rating come from?!
Best things are friendly staff and convenient location. Condition rather terrible. 1970s fixtures in very worn condition need to go! As do the downscale bedding, furnishings, filthy carpeting, and unkempt parking lot with filthy vehicles which look permanently parked. Real eyesore. TV and wall hair dryer didn’t work. Bathtub needs bleaching. No rubber mat provided. Broken window screen. No closet, no back window, no bathroom fan. Especially poor continental bfast. Hard to understand the 8.4 rating.

Friendly staff
Very friendly staff for my every need from check-in through departure. The property is in a motel style you don't see anymore back East, but the room was clean and modern. Price was reasonable for the area. Location very convenient to Stanford, Palo Alto, Mountain View. I would be glad to stay there again.

Disappointed
We were surprised that this hotel received such good reviews on Hotels.com. We were quite disappointed by our experience at this hotel. The room was extremely small for our family of four, even with just small, overnight duffle bags. We were directly above the smoking area, which was disgusting! Consequently we couldn’t open our windows for fresh air. There was mold on our shower curtain. And there were long black hairs on our bed. Unfortunately, these issues were extremely problematic for our family as 3 of us have asthma and one family member is severely allergic to mold, requiring a monthly biologic treatment.
