2 on reception at arrival, one said my colleague will help you, she was busy but 2 minutes later was pleasant snd helped. 3 lifts in the building. One said out of order , one said service and other was being used by loads of guests so wait was ages, spent the rest of time using stairs which wasn’t bad as only on 3rd floor. Glad I wasn’t on 9th ! . Room could do with a lick of paint, windows didn’t open to let fresh air in and bathroom was dull and dingy. Won’t bother again, I suppose for £65 for Glasgow hotel I should have known what to expect, but have had such better experiences in other city hotels at that price when booked early enough
