Disappointed
This is a Victorian style B&B guesthouse, with vineyards on two sides of the property the other two sides are roadside on a Y junction. The traffic starts around 4am so hard to get a full nights sleep. Although just over a mile from town I didn't think it suitable to walk as there are no footpaths or lighting. Our room had an unusually high bed with old but clean linen, however it was comfortable, although it was disappointing to have to make up our bed after a day out. Our bathroom was private but not ensuite ( across the hall ) with old towels. The guesthouse had plenty of leaflets etc about the area however no one was ever about to offer up information. There is an ambiance to this guesthouse with a wrap round veranda and comfortable seating. Breakfast was very tasty served at 9am with no choice. We were so looking forward to this guesthouse but left a little disappointed.

Nice views and very good breakfast
We enjoyed our stay at Auberge. Check in was easy. Like many B&Bs, we had a welcome envelope with our room key and room details at the front door. A fresh cake for guests was there for an arrival treat. The location was nice, with peaceful views overlooking a vineyard. Our room in the Carriage house was spacious and had a private balcony, which was nice, even if the weather was not cooperating. Decor was in a Victorian style. Some pieces of furniture were beautiful, while some, like the headboard for the bed was not great. The king bed was reasonably comfortable, but not great. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were very cordial and fun. Lots of good recommendations on wine tasting options. Overall, our stay was good.

Victorian bread and breakfast Inn
Great homemade three course breakfast. Stayed in the cottages that had its own living room area for the three upstairs bedrooms. Roxanne the owner and cook was a riot. She have a beautiful and quirky personality. Would definitely be back

Great View, Fun Breakfast.
The room and place was beautiful. Great views of the vineyard from our balcony. We had a hiccup with out reservation because of a plumbing problem in our room. It was disappointing but the owner gave us a different room with a great view and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The breakfast was wonderful and well made both days. The way it was served and the owner created a temporary sense of community with the other guests that made for a lively breakfast. We stayed over into Thanksgiving morning and service was a little slower, but that was understandable given that others were off for the holiday.
