We had a very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2bath suite with large living space and 2 refrigerators. Very quiet even looking out on main street. Helpful bus service to reach the Masjid an-Nabawi, but we walked back because the hotel was quite close. The wifi was excellent also. Staff very helpful and friendly especially when we need to fix a problem in the room, and also authorized us to leave a day early. Good breakfast with several options and freshly cooked eggs.

Everything is excellent, new, very nicely decorated. Only small points, the shuttle leaves too close to salaat times and returns too early, and the bathrooms have begun to develop moulding along the sealants which is not perfectly cleaned otherwise it is exceptional for the price. It was a nice stay for five nights. room was clean, all modern amenities but Batheoom basin was with spots. staffs were super helpful, 24hr staff is available at the reception for anything. they have shuttle service as well which is only at the prayer time and it starts 10 minutes befor the Adhan from the hotel thus it becomes a bit tough to find place for women in the masjid. if number of trips could be increased, it would be great.
I liked their breakfast buffet. chef is very friendly and he himself offers egg fries to guests. like different items in alternative days. that's a very good strategy of the hotel, thus guests become not bored with the same food.

I am back to make a correction to my previous post. I think the noise was coming from the next room to me not above from the hotel restaurant because the restaurant is far from the 8th floor. I will advise that the management should tackle such noise people at the facility. Because a lot goes to the Holy mosque and come back a bit tired and needed to sleep for another round to the mosque again. In all I will give the facility 10/10

Nice room, good ambiance, and excellent service from the hotel management. The shuttle service to the Prophet’s Mosque was timely and convenient. On top of that, the breakfast was very good. There is some room for improvement in the bathroom shower and water drainage system. Apart from that, it’s a 5/5 hotel for the price. It was a very pleasant stay. (The Prophet’s Mosque is about a 25–30 minute walk from the hotel, which is not always practical.)
