Good room sizes. Very large bath tubs

Fabulous setting especially as the Xmas light show was around the hotel. Great room with amazing views. Only issue was that you had to pay to use the gym and spa facilities every time you wanted to use it and it wasn’t cheap. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere until we tried to use them.

Big and clean room. Big and elegant lobby. Nice view. Friendly and helpful staff. 10 mins walk to Motomachidori, very convenient.

This hotel is well past its best and really needs some considerable investment in the rooms in order to remain relevant. Least comfortable bed in the last four or five hotels we’ve used and bed linen old and scratchy. Room decor is dated probably to around the early 80’s at a guess. Staff were amazing. View from our upgraded sea-view room was amazing. Breakfast was great. Shame the tv was dated and no English speaking channels which just isn’t good enough these days.
