Freezing!
No heating in hotel DECEMBER 2022! Not advised at check in. Given a plug in heater which did nothing in a room that size, strong draft blowing in from balcony door which didn't open. Charged for a breakfast that was incorrectly booked by staff, and wasn't as agreed deducted from bill. Only one lift working - all in all inadequate. In no way worthy of its 4 star rating. Very uncomfortable.

Nice stay, easy check in. Left bags early until room was ready. Room nice and big, lovely bed . Jacuzzi was what we paid extra for and it was lovely. Tea n coffee offering was a little poor, there's a fridge, why not have fresh milk, i kept having to go find the cleaner to get more milk. No hot chocolate and two tea bags a day😞
