Paddington Green - Concept Serviced Apartments

A good stay, straightforward arrangements fo entry and departing with no fuss. All we needed although we could not find microwave instructions, but still managed to make it function. Pleasant area with plenty of shops. Would be happy to stay again as price very good.

The apartment was lovely, it was clean and had sufficient facilities. It's a great location, close to the tube station with access to several lines so was perfect for us. However, one thing that did mar the experience for us was that Saturday morning my shower went cold quite quickly after I had stepped into it.

Great place to stay in London. This room has a small kitchen area which is very good. Would use this again, considerably cheaper than most London hotels and a M and S cafe within walking distance for breakfast.

Directions/description of property needs to be more developed as we took over 25 minutes looking for it. Phone call to office was very productive and support was great. Apartment great but the bed was terrible - like sleeping on the floor - mattress was so hard it did affect our sleep. All other facilities in the apartment good.
