A small hotel close to the sea in the little town of Broughty Ferry.. Personal service and pleasant check in.. The room was tidy and clean and pleasantly decorated.. Unfortunately our bathroom had some issues but we were able to change rooms.. We didn't have breakfast here as they had an issue opening up the breakfast service so we went elsewhere.. The food and bar is very warm and friendly with a good choice of fayre.. The parking is on street but finding a space was easy and with no ticket to buy... I would definitely recommend this hotel..
