A very beautiful and tranquil location, set in lovely grounds with a great swimming pool. Dinner was excellent. We did have a few problems with the WiFi disconnecting.

Hotel was very nature friendly and looked beautiful. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Unfortunately after 8pm its very dark st the hotel and area definitely needs more light.

Lovely hotel and great staff. However out of season and so restaurant not open. Local restaurant very unfriendly so that was disappointing

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, gut gelegen und bot einen angenehmen Service. Persönlich hat mir lediglich eine Klimaanlage gefehlt, was vor allem an wärmeren Tagen etwas unangenehm war. Abgesehen davon würde ich das Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder buchen.

Warm welcome, friendly English speaking staff. Room was above expectation for the price. Seemed new. Sunday service was booked out at the restaurant which is a good sign. But it's a long way to anything else if you don't drive. Included breakfast was good quality buffet. Dedicated garage for bikes. Excellent location amongst the low southern slopes of the Schwarzwald.

Easy access to Konstanz. Nice room. Checked in early was very nice (as it was a rainy day)

Lovely feeling of space throughout hotel. Staff were quietly efficient and very helpful. We were each provided with a complementary bottle of water when we checked out for our onward travels.

Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more...

Clean roof, staff and hotel bar. A little way out from the Old Town but not a problem at all as there is a free bus service every 20 minutes from a bus stop outside the hotel. A great stay.

Modern, clean, friendly… easy walking to train and all local shops etc. would recommend without hesiatation

Cheap, clean, good. The only problem is that they dont have room with 2 separate beds for 2 people.
