Guam Gov would not allow me to stay there, due to change in Covid 19 quarantine restrictions. Hotel called me a "no show" and kept my money, I had to pay for accommodations at a Gov approved facility.. I'm not happy, nor would anyone be.

Property is in need of updating and some heavy maintenance the staff are nice enough, but do not seem to care about the state of the hotel. They are need to invest in their book keeping. I checked out less then a week ago and they are unable to provide me with a receipt or invoice for my stay.

The general location, which is fairly close to the center of town if you don’t mind the steep climb, is what this hotel has going for it. Everything else is old and stuck in the 70’s or early 80’s when it was likely built. It looks like the owners have put extremely little or no money into the property since it was built. I would try to say something else nice, but the front desk and the rest of the staff lacks any kind of friendliness. Come on, this is a resort area! Lighten up! The cockroach in my room was the kicker.
