Staff was great. We were surprised that there wasn’t any onsite parking and had to walk 2 blocks from a garage. The room was spacious but could use some upkeep. Windows and door didn’t lock. Master bedroom AC went out during the night and we couldn’t kind anyone to fix it.

Cleaning only every 3 days. Unit was very old with very poor maintenance. Air conditions are very old and noisy without an option have a lower temperature below 60F. The entrance door was so heavy and hard to open and the card to open often didn’t work so we needed to travel to the front desk to ask them to fix it.

This is an older, renovated facility and has tons of potential. The grounds are very nice and well-kept, but the rooms themselves are in need of attention. Lots of little details add up, including a extremely long wait to get hot water to flow, no paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen, no hangers anywhere for coats, hats, swimsuits etc and no small hand towels in the bathroom. There were two TVs in the apartment, the one in the bedroom had a full suite of cable, but the one in the main living area only had a few operable channels, weird. The front desk staff were very nice and attentive, and answered every need that we had. Convenience of walking to the beach and the downtown area was pretty good, but for the price we can't really give this a four-star rating. A few tweaks and it would get there but they've missed the mark. Yeah
