Liked the fact that the room had free water supplied every day, generally staff friendly. They didn't listen to my request for a quiet room. Noisy outside at times with people smoking outside the room window. Massive issues with the first room with noise from up above and had a Halloween party that came out of the restaurant/bar area into the reception area and then noise travelled down the hall to our room. Eventually had to move rooms due to noise but they could only supply a room with twin beds! Dust on side tables of bed area and massive amounts of dirt/dust under the beds in both rooms we had. Not the best experience.
