Very good hotel. Lovely room, very clean and amazing views.
Ideally located in downtown LA with the Metro Station to Hollywood and Union Station across the road. The staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Great hotel, very nice rooms and exceptional Gym. parking expensive but you can park very close for much cheaper.
Fabulous view from hotel lobby and roof top bar of Los Angeles
Lovely stay. Great location, comfortable beds, good WiFi, Netflix available in room, very clean. Food and drinks in the hotel were very expensive.
Well appointed hotel but quite a complicated stay with various elevator combinations to get to your room and some pompous, unprofessional staff
Modern hotel. Central location, convenient for tube. Great views Nice pool Good size rooms Issue with room cleaning which was resolved when highlighted. Parking expensive compared to other local options
I would stay at the property in Century City instead This property is frustrating, anywhere you go you have to take the lift to the 70th floor. The property on ground level is covered in security guards it is like something from secret service Rooms are a bit grim in terms of cleanliness
Location is nice in the centre of downtown as it named, near to shops and restaurant. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is nice,, pool is very private on 7th floor with very good view of the city. The staff is very standard, but overall it is good hotel to stay in LA.
Can’t praise this stunning hotel or staff enough. Friendliest people in America. Only one tiny gripe is the fridge in the room.....it’s filled with chargeable drinks and snacks that automatically trigger a charge on your bill once removed. Didn’t like that. Couldn’t get anything in the fridge. Otherwise Heaven.
