Everything in the ground floor is amazing and clean. All restaurants are good with different types of food. Bars are amazing as well. For the upper floors and rooms, clean was not first priority. Staff should focus more on above floors.

staff made the whole trip incredible. This was my mom’s first time at a resort and now she’s sprung!! The food was good and the amenities were great as well. This is a RIU hotel and it’s giving RIU but minus the overused bathrooms, rooms and all! worth it! even more worth it with 50% off! S/O to Iris and Alexander from the buffet! you guys’ service and energy made the difference!
