A wonderful retreat with friendly staff, beautiful grounds, delicious food and excellent treatments. We were in the Pavarotti suite which was fabulous - very clean, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the garden. The staff were extremely kind, professional and accommodating - Manuel and Daniela deserve a special mention. This is a peaceful retreat within walking distance of Merano (a gorgeous spa town) and Trauttmansdorff (botanical gardens) plus lots of hiking routes. A true gem!

Such a peaceful apartment with Mountain Views - we had two balconies, a good sized living/kitchen area and a bedroom. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks and a great shower. All spotlessly clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you needed to cook a meal. The wellness area was great - in the summer open from 4-8pm and had two saunas, a steam room, good strong cold spout showers as well as normal shower and lots of relaxation beds. Perfect for post hike relaxation. Didn't have...
