This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was very good, but this time I found hair in my bed and on the pillows. The lighting in the room was also very bad, very dark throughout the whole room. So, overall, that really takes away some points. I remember that the first time, the lighting and cleanliness were very good. I don’t know what happened this time. The only thing I should highlight is that the bartender was very kind to us. Excellent service from him.

Great stay. The welcome drink was very nice. The hallway smelled fresh and clean. Staff were wonderful. Close less than 10 minute walk to the free tram to Universal Studios. Definitely staying every year.
