We loved our stay.
The bedroom was wonderful - you didn't want to leave it. It was very light, quiet, with an excellent view and very large window overlooking the garden. I recommend room no. 100 or any room on this floor overlooking the garden. The large jacuzzi bath was great to soak in and for tired feet, after walking all day. The breakfast was very good and so was the service. We had dinner in the garden one night. I also liked being able to help ourselves to the honesty bar.

Unhygienic and fraudulent staff
Average enough hotel with decent sized rooms. Bathroom was a little strange as the basin was in the room instead of in the actual bathroom which is extremely unhygienic. You have to walk out of the toilet to your room to wash your hands. We had booked a twin bed room on Hotels.com and when we arrived there the staff kept telling us that we had selected a King sized room in the basement which the staff even admitted wasn't great. They then offered us an upgrade to a twin room upstairs for €17.50 immediately instead of having to wait for check in which was in 2 hours. We refused and left to do some sight seeing. On our return they gave us a twin bed on the ground floor next to the lift instead. The rest of our stay was okay until check out where, after taking a pre authorisation on my credit card for the cost of the hotel, they again tried to charge me for the hotel and told me that it wasn't possible to pay with the pre authorisation. After much arguing they called a manager over who managed to process the payment with my pre authorisation. Avoid if possible.

beautiful boutique hotel
upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by lovely reception staff, who once we were checked in then spent 10 minutes with a map of Amsterdam and began to help us plan our evening :-) When we came back to the hotel after a night out we then sat and chilled in the beautiful reception area with a glass of wine from the honesty bar before we headed up for bed. We also ate at the hotel evening meal and breakfast this was also really nice

A lovely quiet hotel
Lovely hotel with friendly staff, a little further out from the main centre but not too far to walk and right on the doorstep of the rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh museum. Great for a quiet stay outside of the noisy centre. Breakfast is lovely too though slightly pricey.

Comfortable and stylish hotel. Loved the location.
Comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. Being 6 months pregnant it can be hard to get comfy but I was please y surprised and had 3 good nights of sleep. Quiet part of town but a quick walk to all the sights and city centre. Very helpful staff. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again. Great find!
