Nice hotel more suited to families
Nice hôtel right on thé beach but very very family orientated so would not suggest for people looking for a stay on the quieter side. Also all of the restaurants on site are buffet style with most guests going all inclusive so this made it extremely busy and not very relaxing if you did choose to dine at the hotel. Plenty of restaurant options on the beach but would be nice if there was one a la carte restaurant option on sight.

Firstly I tried and failed 4 times to contact iberostar to see what the best rate I could get the first time they replied to ask how many people nights and room type I replied with the information then chased them for an answer 4times. I got so fed up of waiting I went to the hotel I asked the reception what the best rate was they said they couldn’t book but put me through to the central reservations. They said the Hotel was fully booked which I knew it wasn’t as I’d looked just moments earlier on line. He then retracted that they were full and said the best rate was £249 again this was incorrect as the rate for a horizon member was £204 and even cheaper on Expedia. With my perks and it being the cheapest I booked through Expedia. I asked if I could have a pool or sea view I got a view of the car park. Once in the room although cleaned to an exceptional standard the walls were all marked the lampshade edge was all frayed the mini bar was stained inside and there was a mark on the curtain. Overall the public areas and room as well as the gym and indoor pool looked and felt like a dungeon dark dismal and in need of an upgrade. I had asked in my previous emails what the classes were for adults again once checked in really disappointed as there was still not one yoga class which I could do. I have not been away for two years and recently lost someone very close to me so my stay was a treat to myself time to recharge and relax what I got was anxious panicky and due to this…,

There are truly not enough words to describe how magical our stay was. The facility was impeccably taken care of. The food and drink and entertainment were absolutely fantastic. But what truly made it magical was the amazing staff. Fran was so fun with all the activities. Juan in the dining room was the sweetest and absolutely ever staff member made sure we had the best time. This was our best all inclusive experience ever.
