Wonderful hotel
Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Gorgeous food in the restaurant. The concierge staff managed to amend my incorrect booking (my fault) of 2 double rooms to a double and a twin for me, my wife and our 2 kids. She even got rooms that were next door to each other and inter-connected. Brilliant. Thank you

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't be faulted. They went out of their way to make our stay the best possible experience. The restaurant on site was exceptional. We had an evening meal that was the best we have had for a long time. All in all I would definitely recommend it and have added to our list of places to stay in france

We arrived late in the pouring rain... we were welcomed by the staff and were very helpful. Facilities very good, hotel very clean and modern, room excellent and the bed was sooo comfortable didn’t want to leave... Didn’t have breakfast but checked it out and wish we had.. next time.... we will definitely stay again. Thank you to the team at Kyriad

Good overnight stop, quiet with secure parking. Only difficulty is getting to it. It’s very close to the motorway but there’s a complicated roundabout/traffic light system to navigate first.

Great staff and food but poor rooms
Fabulous staff and food but the rooms are well past their best. We have been using this hotel for the past 8 years because it is so convenient for the motorway. We were put in a 2nd floor (no lift) room that had been set up with a double and single bed (we asked for a double). The beds filled the room, the light switch was behind a pillow and switched on when I moved. The double bed had been moved so close to the dressing table that the chair could not be pulled out and made it difficult to get into bed. Broken tiles and hole in the wall in bathroom (alongside the washbasin) and bathroom door squeaked so loudly it could not be closed at night. Such a shame - the hotel and staff merit better.
